2.Vehicles, photos and availability

• Photos, illustrations and descriptions are for guidance. The actual vehicle, colour, model, seating layout and features can differ based on availability on your travel date.
• Seat counts such as 4, 11, 12, 14, 16, 17, 20 or bus sizes from 25 to 42 seats are the capacities we offer. The vehicle you receive will match the capacity you booked, but is not guaranteed to be a specific registration number or model year.
• Showing a vehicle on this website does not guarantee it is available. A booking is confirmed only after we confirm it to you directly.

3.Prices and quotes

We do not publish fixed rates online, because the price depends on distance, number of days, route, vehicle, waiting time and season. Any figure you see or hear before confirmation is an estimate. The final price is the quote we confirm with you in writing on WhatsApp.

4.Travel information

Distances, travel times, routes and destination details mentioned on our pages are approximate. Road conditions, traffic, weather, festivals, permits and local rules can change them. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by things outside our control.

5.Costs that may be extra

Unless your confirmed quote says they are included, the following may be charged in addition:

• toll tax, parking and entry fees;
• state border tax, permit and entry tax for other states;
• driver night halt or allowance on multi-day trips;
• extra kilometres, extra hours and waiting time beyond the booking;
• cleaning or damage charges, where applicable.

6.Travel risks

Road travel carries some risk. Our drivers are experienced and our vehicles are maintained, but we cannot guarantee that a trip will be free of delay, breakdown, accident or illness. Passengers travel at their own risk and should keep their own medical, travel and personal insurance as they see fit.

7.Your belongings and documents

Please keep your luggage, valuables and documents with you. We are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings left in or carried on a vehicle, except where the law says otherwise.

8.Third-party websites and links

Our pages link to other sites and services, including Google Maps, WhatsApp and social media. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices.

9.Limit of our responsibility

To the fullest extent the law allows, Jay Khodiyar Travels is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as natural events, strikes, road closures, government orders, vehicle breakdown or accidents not caused by our negligence. Nothing in this disclaimer limits any right you have under Indian consumer law that cannot lawfully be limited.
